As Mama Fu's expanded, its brand struggled to keep pace. The restaurant needed a more modern identity, but changing everything at once was too risky.
Spark
Instead of forcing a rebrand, we created Black Market: a limited-time culinary experience that doubled as a creative test kitchen. New flavors, bold design, and unexpected ideas gave the brand room to experiment while revealing a more modern side of Mama Fu's.
