The beef aisle is full of claims: “premium,” “100% Angus,” “farm-raised,” “locally sourced.” After years of overpromising, shoppers stopped believing any of it. Goodstock by Nolan Ryan, a premium beef brand from Nolan Ryan Beef, was caught in that same clutter. After a year with another agency, the team returned to GCF saying, “We’ll find the money. You take over.”

People don’t need bigger promises, they need confidence. We built the brand around that truth, creating the platform “The Finest for Certain.” This came to life through a confident new voice, modern Texas design system, and strategic brand storytelling.

Results
Restaurant footprint expanded to 350+ locations with 2× partner growth in 2023. Goodstock continues serving ~400 restaurants, DTC, and Kroger (TX/LA) channels.
